There's nothing more special than fresh snow on the mountain. Since Tyree had a day off and the snow was falling on the peak, it was a perfect time to head up the mountain to enjoy the wonderess beauty.

Fresh snow in the Cascades always paints a picture right out of an old-fashioned Currier & Ives Christmas card. Today was no different. We were the first on the trail and saw nary a sole the entire trip. Lily was in 7th heaven.

Our traditional stop at the pub afterward to watch the snow fly as we enjoyed a pint and pizza was a wonderful wrap to a spectacular day.
